An hour is useful as a first session for Intensive manual lymphatic drainage. For people pre and post surgery for Lipoedema or cosmetic reasons and for those with Lymphoedema. Designed to improve results when using compression garments. Typically 5 sessions in a week, or 6 over two weeks.
